ABOUT THE PROJECT

Nick came to us with a very clear vision for his brand. He already had the name Symmetry in mind as he wanted the brand to represent his approach to health, nutrition and life in general. The focus at Symmetry Strength is balance, so he wanted this to be a central theme of the brand.

 

His logo concept was based on a drawing that his other half had created for him, of two fish swimming around each other like the Yin and Yang symbol. Balance, symmetry and flow. We took a photo of the drawing and recreated it as a graphic and the results were stunning. 

When it came to fonts and the general look and feel of the brand, Nick wanted to retain some of the ancient wisdom of the yin/yang but bring in his signature red and black to represent power and strength. We used a custom font for the logo itself, then added All Round Gothic as the brand font. 

We also created a vertical logo, as Nick wanted to be able to use it on merchandise such as branded water bottles.

Once the branding was done, we moved on to social media and provided Nick with a months worth of socials to get him started. Once he'd seen how it was done, he was able to pick it up himself and has been getting creative and doing a great job with his socials since then.
