ABOUT THE PROJECT
When Nick came to us, he had just started to ramp-up Lux, which was a side business to his construction company. His goal was to build an alternative business that would be easier on his body, and eventually allow him to retire from construction.
He had colours and an old logo that he'd bought from someone online years earlier. He liked the general look and feel of his old brand but felt that it needed a re-vamp and some modernisation. The old logo wasn't sitting quite right with him as he felt like the two lines of the 'swish' looked like a road and made the brand seem like a tarmac or road resurfacing business.
With that in mind, we got to work on recreating and updating the logo to be more in-line with his business of primarily indoor, high-end surfaces and added the tagline of 'High Quality Surface Repairs' to make it clear what the business offered.
Once we'd finalised the logo, it was time to create the brand tone-of-voice and messaging, aiming at a luxury market for high-end property, Real Estate and hotel owners. With all of the brand assets and marketing materials, we went with simple, sleek designs to keep the focus on quality.
Nick wasn't a fan of social media, so we helped him out with the Socially Awkward package and took care of his first month of socials for him. We created plenty of content, including reels, posts, mobile videos and stories, writing all the captions for him and scheduling it in so that he could focus on building the business.
